Why We Exist

Most small business owners get sold marketing instead of getting customers.

The team behind DigitalMinerz spent years inside Fortune 500 consulting engagements, public-sector modernization programs, and hands-on operator roles running revenue, infrastructure, and growth teams. Across all of that work, the same pattern kept showing up: the businesses that grew did not have better ideas, they had better systems. They had a website that actually ranked, a paid search account that actually converted, an inbox that actually got triaged, and a CRM that actually told them which customers were about to churn.

When we looked at what was on offer for small and medium businesses, we kept seeing the opposite. Marketing agencies that could not write a deployment script. Web developers who had never run a Google Ads account. AI vendors selling chatbots that nobody wanted. Operators were left stitching tools together and hoping the math worked out at the end of the month.

  • Speed of execution beats elegance of strategy. A working v1 shipped in two weeks teaches you more than a six-month strategy deck. We bias toward shipping the smallest version of the system that produces a measurable result, then we iterate. Strategy is downstream of evidence.
  • Security-first by default. We treat customer data, payment systems, and credentials the way our government clients taught us to treat sensitive workloads. Encrypted secrets, least-privilege IAM, audit logs, no credentials in source control. The fact that you are a 10-person business does not change the threat model: it changes how loud the breach gets.
  • Plain-English communication. If we cannot explain what we are doing in language a non-technical owner understands, we are doing it wrong. No jargon walls, no consultant-speak, no Gantt charts that exist to justify the invoice. Status reports tell you what shipped, what is next, and what you need to decide.
  • Measurable results or we are not the right partner. Every engagement starts with a baseline and a target. If we cannot define what success looks like in numbers before we start, we will not take the work. If we miss the target, we say so and we explain what we got wrong.

If it makes sense to work together, we scope a fixed-fee project around the single biggest lever. Two-week sprints, weekly demos, every deliverable in writing. You always know what is shipping next and what it costs.

Optimize

Once the system is live, we optimize against real data. Most clients move to a lightweight monthly retainer for ongoing tuning, but it is optional. You own everything we build, including credentials and source code.

  • We do not do open-ended retainer work without defined deliverables. Every engagement has a written scope and a measurable outcome.
  • We do not subcontract to offshore teams. The person you talk to on the kickoff call is the person doing the work.
  • We do not write blog posts on autopilot. SEO content is a real product with a real audience or it is landfill, and landfill content damages your domain.
  • We do not run engagements where we cannot explain the ROI in advance. If the math does not work for you, it does not work for us.
  • We do not lock you into our tools. You own your domain, your CRM, your ad accounts, your data, and the source code we build for you. Always.
